What Time Does Gold’s Gym Close & Open on Weekdays?

Most Gold’s Gym club locations open at 5:30 a.m. and close at 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday. While Friday hours are usually from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Kid’s club is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on normal days. Please note that Gold Gym hours may slightly vary from one club location to another. Hence, you may find some of its locations that operate under hours that are slightly different from what we have discussed above.

Is Gold’s Gym Open on Saturday and Sunday?

Gold’s Gym fitness clubs are open on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. While Kid’s clubs are open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday and remain closed on Sunday. Be aware that the operating hours of both adult and kid’s clubs may slightly vary in different locations. Also, some federal holidays may result to some adjustments.
