Mariano’s Fresh Market Grocery stores and pharmacies are open 7 days a week, including on most federal holidays. Please bear in mind that Mariano’s hours may be slightly varied from one location to another. However, most stores and pharmacies strongly abide by the hours we will be discussing below.
What Time Does Mariano’s Close & Open on Weekdays?
Most Mariano’s stores open at 6 a.m. and close at 10 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pharmacy hours are usually from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays. Keep in mind that there is a little variation in the operating hours of the stores and pharmacies. For example, there are some pharmacy locations that open at 11 a.m. In addition, remember that the aforementioned hours are likely to be adjusted on some holidays.
Is Mariano’s Open on Saturday and Sunday?
Mariano’s stores are open on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note that weekend hours may also vary in different locations. And also, certain locations may choose to operate under slightly reduced or extended hours on weekends.

Mariano’s will be closed on Christmas Day. However, majority of its locations will open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Black Friday and the day after Christmas (Boxing Day). Thanksgiving hours are from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., while Christmas Eve and Easter hours are between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
